I remember when I was first hired, there was a celebration for Matt Clancy's anniversary. The heartfelt speeches shared, filled with memories and expressions of support, really stood out to me. It showed me how unique UT is compared to other companies that claim, "We're like a family." You could truly see that UT meant it. It was in that moment that I thought, "Wow, this place is incredible.
