So far, driving around the oil fields with Tim (VP of Sales) and Rico (Sales Director) in CO. We drove up onto the sites and saw them operate. Bonus story: Mark (CEO) dressed up and wore flip flops on my first day.

Anything with my family outside. Personal preference would be floating around fishing.

I love the fact that people at UT are all solvers. When there is a question, issue or project, the team does everything they can to help. The only reason it may be passed on is because everything that could be done, has been done.
Who/What Has Been Your Biggest Influence in Business?
My dad was a rep and buyer throughout my whole life. I attended trade shows with him and watched him from afar. Now we discuss strategies and I still lean on him for suggestions and pull from his years of experience.
Who/What Has Been Your Biggest Influence in Life?
My own father. He exemplifies balance to me. Fun when he can be, serious when he needs to be. He is also why I got into sales!
