The Ultra-Bag Filters utilize the same sintered stainless steel filter media used in the UltraTech bung style filters, which can be embedded in any type of containment bag requiring a higher hydrogen diffusivity rating. The Ultra-Bag Filter has the highest flow and diffusion rating available in a bag filter and can be customized to meet a specific need. UltraTech can provide the complete bag assembly with any number of filters pre-installed. Bags can be made in polyethylene, PVC or polyurethane to your specific drawings and requirements.
The NEW 3” diameter Ultra-Bag Filter essentially eliminates the liner bag as a layer of confinement thus maximizing the TRUPACT-II and the 72B wattage limits. They also meet the requirements of CH and RH Packaging Instructions (DOE N435.1)
Examples of sizes and types of filter bags available from UltraTech are shown below. All items can be fitted with one or more filters. Pricing will be provided on request. Factors that affect the price are quality standards, bag thickness, number of filters per bag, current raw material pricing, etc.
