A horizontal drum coupled with a spout can often times make for the optimal dispensing setup. But it also can make for the “optimal” spill! This sort of set up, unlike its vertical counterpart, has gravity working against it. A spout that’s left open or a faulty gasket or seal could be disastrous.

Specialized drum loading/handling equipment is required. UltraTech does not supply or sell this equipment but it is readily available from many different material handling and industrial suppliers.

Locator pins (part# 2391) come in a 2-pack and are used to prevent the drum racks from inadvertently sliding on top of the pallet. One end of the pin slides into the base of the drum rack, the other end of the pin will go through the grating.

No, two drum racks is the maximum number that should be stacked.
The standard drain is a threaded hole in the sidewall with a ¾” polyethylene plug with NPT threads installed.
