Heavy-duty, adjustable catch basin filter captures plastic pellets and other contaminants
The Ultra-Drain Guard HD – Pellet Model captures microplastics (“nurdles”) before they enter our waterways where marine life and wildlife ingest them, which is oftentimes fatal. It also captures larger items and floatables, like leaves, cigarette butts, paper goods, and other debris.
The Ultra-Drain Guard HD is easy to install, too. Simply raise the grate, place the drain guard over the opening, adjust accordingly (up to 2″ in each direction), and carefully lower the grate back in place.
